Your California privacy rights under CCPA/CPRA.

GetToInbox.com does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page exists to formally document that commitment and to provide California residents with a clear mechanism to exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

To exercise any of your California privacy rights, submit your request using one of the following methods:
Please include your full name, email address, and a description of your request. We will verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 45-day period.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service quality, or suggest that you will receive a different price or quality of service because you exercised any of your California privacy rights.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. GetToInbox.com does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Therefore, no such disclosure list exists.
